QiYiGeo ("we") takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information and the rights you have. It is based on the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations.
1. Information we collect
1. Registration information: email, display name, team name and password hash. If phone verification is enabled, we also process the phone number and verification records. Google sign-in processes the account identifier, email, email verification status and display name provided by Google. We do not store Google access tokens.
2. Business data: brands, competitors and monitoring questions you add, monitoring results, and content audit and generation records.
3. Transaction details: orders, payment method and payment status (card and other payment details are handled by payment providers; we do not store card numbers).
4. Log data: login times, IP addresses and activity records, used for security and troubleshooting.
5. Agreement acceptance records: account and team identifiers, acceptance time, registration method, IP address, and the document versions and text snapshots you accepted, for recording authorization and handling disputes.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, verify identity and keep accounts secure, send service notices (such as email verification, password resets and team invitations), process orders and support requests, and meet legal obligations. We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to these.
3. Processors and sharing
1. Monitoring and content generation send the questions and related text you submit to the AI model providers you choose. Do not include sensitive personal information in your questions.
2. Payments are processed by providers such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, Stripe and PayPal; emails are sent through our contracted email provider.
3. We will not share your personal information with other third parties unless required by law or with your separate consent.
4. For BYOK requests you initiate, the platform decrypts the relevant API key and sends it to the selected supplier to authenticate the request. Keys are encrypted at rest and are not displayed in plain text. You can disable or delete them.
4. Cross-border transfers
When using an overseas model channel, questions, related context and authentication requests may be processed by an overseas supplier. Before transferring personal information abroad, the recipient, processing purposes, data categories and means of exercising your rights must be specified, and applicable notice, separate consent and other legal obligations must be met. The registration checkbox does not replace separate consent required by law.
5. Storage and security
Account and business data are stored on the deployed application servers and databases. Model, payment, email, SMS and identity providers process necessary data under their respective rules. Data is retained for the shortest period necessary for the service and any applicable statutory period. We use key encryption, access controls and audit records. Contact us below about account closure, deletion requests and the handling of transaction or dispute records that must legally be retained.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, copy, correct and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, close your account, and ask us to explain how we process personal information. You can update your profile and password under "Account & team"; for other requests, contact us and we will respond within 15 business days.
7. Cookies
We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Minors
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 14.
