Terms of Service

Welcome to QiYiGeo (the Service). Read this agreement before registering, then actively select the acceptance checkbox before submitting registration.
1. The Service
The Service asks questions through official AI model APIs and records the answers, helping you understand how your brand is mentioned, ranked and cited in AI answers, and provides content audit and content generation tools. Monitoring results reflect model output at the time of sampling. Model answers are inherently random, and the Service makes no guarantee about the content of any model's answers or how they change.
2. Accounts
1. You must sign up with a real, valid email address and keep your account and password secure. Actions taken through your account are deemed to be your own.
2. Team admins can invite and deactivate members and are responsible for activity within the team.
3. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately and contact us.
3. Credits and payment
1. The Service is billed in credits: each question asked to one model uses the corresponding credits, and failed calls are not charged. AI content generation and AI-suggested questions are charged at the rate shown on the page.
2. Subscription plans provide an allowance for each billing period purchased. Top-up credits do not expire (unless the Service ceases operation).
3. Prices, plan details and refund conditions are governed by the information disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Contact us below to request a refund. This agreement does not limit your statutory refund rights.
4. Plan switches take effect at the scheduled time shown at purchase. Payment does not immediately activate the new plan or entitlements such as BYOK. BYOK requires an eligible active plan, and you pay the supplier API charges. Platform credits may be used after key failure only when you explicitly enable paid fallback.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, including but not limited to: submitting illegal, infringing or malicious content; scraping or attacking other websites without authorization; mass-registering accounts to obtain trial credits; or bypassing or interfering with the Service's security measures. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations.
5. Content and intellectual property
Brand information, questions and page content you submit remain yours, and you authorize us to process them to provide the Service. AI-generated content is for reference only; verify the facts and ensure legal compliance before publishing. Intellectual property in the Service's software, interface and marks belongs to the operator.
6. Limitation of liability
Model output and third-party services may change or become unavailable. We remain responsible for maintenance, notice and remedies as agreed. Where a contractual liability cap is legally permitted, total compensation for ordinary breach of contract is limited to service fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the dispute. This limit does not apply to personal injury, property loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms as our business changes and will notify you of material changes in the product or by email. You may stop using the Service at any time and contact us to close your account.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court where the operator is located.
